Perhaps I am over thinking this

I'd argue that's a fairly good summary of this entire thread. (I don't wish to belittle any contributions, I just think we've expended a lot of effort with minimal value for most.)

While I can hope that some have learned about judge responsibilities, and some boundaries, I need to remind people - this scenario is simply not going to happen to 99.x% of us. We do NOT need a solution to the actual problem; we only need to understand those things that I believe we've already covered.

I don't think that keeping this thread going benefits the Judge Community as a whole.
