What is the “O” answer for FNM Promos, or Promos in general, for stores? How are they supposed to be disseminated, surplus promos, etc, etc?

I have a store that seems to be doing something shady, but for all I know it is completely legit.

EDIT: Maybe Regular REL is not the place for this, maybe it should go in Tournament Operations… I dont know - so feel free to slap it where it needs to go!

If you think something shady is happening, please report it here.
Stores can always check with their WPN representative, if they aren't sure about policies.
