Hi all,

The time has come for me to retire as Rules NetRep. With my duties as L4 and L3 testing manager, I don't have the time I'd like to dedicate to rules anymore. It's been an excellent 4.5 years where we've explored many dark corners of the rules and clarified many easier ones.

But fear not, we have a shiny new Rules NetRep ready to take command! In case you didn't notice, the answers this last month weren't actually written by me, but by your Rules NetRep-in-waiting.
