A store manager ask me about WER problem which I had been never face this problem.

The step-by-step are as follow;

- Create an event in offline mode. The select date is today (18Nov2014). When the event created, the Date of Event is 1Nov2014 rather than today. (18Nov2014)
- retry to create and sanction event (create casual event in online mode). The select date is today. When the event created, the Date of Event is still 1Nov2014 rather than today.

I try to uninstall WER, delete all files in %AppData%\Roaming\Wizards of the Coast\Event Reporter and then update to the current version (which won't allow to use offline mode.) After create a new event, the problem still persist. The Date of Event still 1Nov2014.

Other information
- I remote access to his computer to see the problem by myself. This problem is new to me. :(
- I used WER in my desktop to create an offline event. The date of event is correct; 18Nov2014

For now, I suggest the store manager send email with a screenshot of WER, the export of problem WER file to WPN Rep for further investigation.

However, maybe other judges have seen this problem and know how to fix it. Any suggestions are welcome.
