Has anybody else encountered this issue in the latest version, and if so have you figured out a workaround?

I've found printing slips out of Rtools to be much more economical (prints 5 to a page, doesn't leave those little bits at the end of each page), although sometimes display errors in the program force you to go back to printing out of WER, but those are few and far between.

Check the border settings. Sometimes they do strange things (at least what I noticed)

Already eliminated that I'm afraid, paper size is similarly inconsequential. :/

Had the same issue a while ago. WER thinks there is less space on the page than there really is. My workaround was to set the paper type to Legal.

Also, if you happen to be printing out exactly 6 or 9 match slips, the correct behavior is to print pages of 3 slips.
