About the land slot of FRF in limited tournament
Background:
(1) The land slot of boosters in FRF is replaced by the common duals or the KTK fetches. But in some languages (namely CT/ KR/ RU/ PT), because there is no clash pack or intro pack of that language. Basic land will be able to found in boosters pack to complete the set.
(2) For a long time, limited tournament in Hong Kong will give player to choose language between CT or EN ( the entry fee is not the same, EN product is a bit more expansive to encouraging the use of CT pack). As about 10-15% of players are from overseas, they are not able to read Chinese card and some local players are not able to read in English.
Question:
Due to the difference in composition of the EN/CT boosters, should I consider they are the same type of product?
(from MTR: … Each player (or team) must be given exactly the same quantity and type of product as all other players participating in the tournament. For example, if one player receives three Theros boosters for a booster draft, all other players must also receive three Theros boosters.)
