Dunno if someone is aware of it, but, at least for me, the links to the rules in the answers of the exams in the Judge Center are not working. They are just sending me to the rules page (rules.wizards.com) but not to the specific rule (they worked perfectly some time ago).

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're looking into it.

After poking around, I found a way to make it work in the interim:
1. Hover over the link and copy the URL it links to.
2. Paste the link into a new browser window, but change http to https at
the beginning of the url.
This should solve your problem.
