I have seen at stores where they were able to display the information from WER on a projector. The store I judge at locally has a screen connected to the PC we normally use for scorekeeping.

Is there any simple way to have WER or a separate program that can display the pairing/seating/standings for a tournament?

R-tools is an addon where you can display the information you want to a screen.

Aside from Rtools, you can also save your pairings/seatings locally rather than sending it to the printer and display that.
