Booster with different languages at a Sealed PTQ

Is it possible to use at a sealed PTQ Booster of different languages as long as it is sure, that still a proper deckswap is performed and each player recieves 6 Boosters from one language?

Reason for the question:
The TO for a PTQ doesn't have enough english product for all players and it is very likely that he won't get enough before the PTQ.

But he has hopefully enough english product to allow the foreign players to get english product and only the german players will get german product.
I would like to do this to avoid forcing the foreign players to play with german cards.

So is this allowed?

General answers: yes, this can be done, and it has been done … but mostly for GPs, which have a lot of staff to help with managing the logistics of this. For previous GPs, we had players declare when they registered, which language they want; they are then enrolled in one of two different tournament files, in the software. Once players are seated (separate sections per language), the two files are combined into one event, before round one. The deck reg, swap, verification and build are all conducted within the two language sections, while the actual play is combined, regardless of language.

Specific answer, for Martin: please contact me directly, ASAP: scott_j_marshall_jr@yahoo.com (pretty sure you know that already - heh!)
