This past weekend at GP London Joel Krebs finished the final steps necessary to become an L3. I was on his panel and I must say that he will be a fine and welcome addition to the L3s. But don't just take my word for it, here's some info from Joel's RC Michael Wiese

Joel began with judging the same way he does everything else: With all his heart. He was already Rules Advisor when he first met his first judge and started to learn from the minute he met him. It wasn't long before he began to be a known presence at the swiss PTQs and was L2 before anyone noticed. He then began to take over the L1 certification in Switzerland as well as help build and administer the Swiss wide forum for players, judges and tournament organisers. He also runs a weekly league to grow the community, his motto being: “The greater the player base, the more judge candidate to choose from.”
