WER Upload Error

I had a Judgeling sub in last week, run the event, and then not be able to upload. The Error I'm seeing now is "Upload failed. Please try again later or save the file and upload it on our website at https://membership.wizards.com/login.aspx" It sent a failure e-mail to my TO. Can I fix via the event reporter or should I just upload it as it suggests?
Thanks!

WER Upload Error

Hi Robert Knox,

From time to time when I help store manager upload the
result. I notice that WER said upload fail but a couple minute or a few
day after that, it went fine. You may re check it later whether it upload
correctly or mot . If the error persist, please email the tournament WER
file to you local OP representatives.

I have a similar problem, but reuploading doesn't work. I get an e-mail there are issues* with my event. is there an e-mailadress that I can mail to to clarify the issues?

~Ward

* Issues were: At a small FNM I didn't have my DCI-numbers with me, so I used the DCI from a friend of mine as a placeholder until I could quickly go home in-between rounds to get new numbers for the new players. The friend of mine obviously never played a match and was dropped at the beginning of round one. The issue that is returned is that a player has not played any matches in the tournament.

If you re-open the event and give your friend a bye in the last round, you will be able to end the event and then upload. If this is a draft you may also have to add him to a pod. This is a known bug, and I've been told it should be fixed with the next update.

Obviously you will need to re-enroll him or her to do this. Should have mentioned that.

I have found that sometimes it is just best to create a new event and just
merge the old one with the new one.

In doing this you are able to include corrected dates, event number, etc
(at least that is what you could do last time I played with Reporter).

The merge event functionality was removed in the last WER update so
that isn't an option anymore.

I'm probably setting myself up - but if there are any WER issues that, please let me know and I can check on the status of it or submit it myself to the team.

More details the better.

Example

Not good
“Tried uploading, got error”

Good
“Tried uploading event #12345667 at 9 pm on Sunday 3/22/2010, received an error that said , ”This did not work“ , i was working off my compaq laptop”

Thanks :D
