When we announced the restructure of the Judge Program in April, we mentioned a coming certification to allow level 2 judges to certify other level 2 judges. It's been one of the most anticipated new pieces of the restructure, and it's taken a long time (too long - my apologies) to get done. This project is now complete.

Dozens of judges across the global program contributed their ideas, voices, edits, and suggestions, and there were many points where this project would have faltered further without one voice or another getting us back on track and motivated to fulfill this important commitment.
