Thanks for the article. I especially like the visualzation aspect - that could be helpful to many judges.

Why is USC-Minor upgrade path omitted in the article?

USC - Minor follows the standard upgrade path (upgraded similarly to TEs), so it was not specifically called out like USC - Major.

Edit: I said USC - Minor upgrades are similar like GRVs but it is not. It is similar like TE upgrades. Fixed!

Looks like this article was first written before the most recent change to the IPG, and this paragraph is now incorrect with regard to DDLP:

Of note, Outside Assistance and Deck / Decklist Problems do not get upgraded on repeat offenses. Upgrades generally only apply to infractions that issue a Warning–these two infractions do not. Luckily, repeat offenses should never happen with these infractions.

The “Deck” part of that sentence should not be there. It should read:

Ah, ok. Two other small suggestions: You may want to include a mention that FtMGS is never upgraded. And since USC - Minor, while not technically having an upgrade, is effectively upgraded the same as Tournament Errors, it might be worth having a mention of that as well.

Overall, great article! This will be a very nice reference for judges to have available when learning the rather complex upgrade paths.
