Just over a week ago at GP Portland, Niko Skartvedt tested and was promoted to L3. Here's what his RC Gavin duggan had to say about Niko:

Niko has been judging for over half a decade, and has been a key presence in the Canadian community for much of it. His calm demeanor and friendly personality made him one of BC's three wise men, and he's travelled over the years to Pro Tours, Nationals, and World Championships. In the past year, he's stepped up as an important lieutenant in the Canadian scene, helping with remote certifications and events across this wide country as we ramp up our GP scene and the community to go with it.
