So in the TR under Player Communication, the first point of Free Information is this:

Details of current game actions and past game actions that still affect the game state.

So what does this mean exactly? What is part of this and what is not?

“Did you play a land this turn?” is the most common example.

Other things like “Did you pay for Leonin Arbiter already?” or “Did you pump your Stonewright?” are also possible.

“How much damage has that taken?” is also fairly common.

And, of course, the Storm question - “how many spells have you played?”
