We are hosting a local event, 2HG draft, 6 teams, 2 rounds. I just entered the R1 results, and WER refuses to make pairings for round 2, stating “The given key is not present in the library”.

I just remade the tournament from the ground up and get the same reply. Any ideas?

Word going around is that WER currently has a bug that is preventing team tournaments from working correctly.

A temporary fix (to actually get the event run on-site) would be to setup an offline event as a single-player tournament, and only use the A-player to represent the team.

For reporting purposes, you'd need to contact your WPN rep in regards to how to actually get the event reported and sent to them.

From what I've seen in a recent report, the latest WER update is having
problems with team events
The one solution they discuss here (
https://apps.magicjudges.org/forum/topic/46805/) is to run the event only
enrolling one of the players, as a regular individual event. Then, when
reporting, inform the actual teams
Hope this helps
