WER error can't make pairing

Today WER gave me and error I can´t solve.
I ran a draft tournament of 16 player with 2 tables and after swiss.
After the third round, 4 player of table 1 DROP.
WER gave me the message can't do the pairing because of other players have played between.
Which is the solution¿?

I'm assuming this event was 4 rounds due to cross-pod pairings? Given the
extreme circumstances (4 players dropping in a way that made pairings
impossible for WER to resolve), I would pair manually in some way that
makes sense similar to the WER algorithm. I'm also assuming that the
players that dropped were in the bottom brackets.

Namely, I would pair the usual way for the last round, by standings (1v2,
3v4, 5v6, etc.), avoiding pairing players who already played each other at
the top of the standings, but sacrificing that aspect of pairings at the
bottom brackets. The main things to consider is avoiding double byes and
avoiding players playing each other twice, but you absolutely will have to
have one of those things happen at the bottom brackets. Use your judgement
to decide which will have the least effect on tournament integrity.

Actually, it is quite normal to get a second bye in the last round. “Not play the same opponent twice” is much more important.

The more I think about this, the more likely it seems that you're running 4
rounds and not doing cross-pod. In this case, I'd throw my hands up in the
air and just end the tournament there, and if the players insisted on the
4th round, pair them 1v2, 3v4. 8-man pods or below should just be run as 3
rounds. Can you clarify if you were doing cross-pod pairings or not?

Thanks everyone, yes runing 4-round swiss round 4th. I did manual pairing with 2-byes because all players wanted to play.
