Given the background supplied, I doubt that a direct confrontation will accomplish the best results.

Instead, I think I'd just keep an eye on that player's matches - as discreetly as possible! - and see if I spot any Cheating. Once I do, then a quick DQ and - most important! - enter an Investigation in the Judge Center.

If the Investigation committee determines that a suspension is in order, then this player will no longer be spending his way into the good graces of the owner, at that other store…
