Wizards Event Reporter Error 25

We ran a 2HG event at my LGS last week after 4 rounds we ended the event and did prizing - and when we went to upload the results of the event it keeps bouncing back with the following error: “There are players who play no matches. (25) Processing Error” and the event results do not upload. Ive rechecked the results and cant find any players who play no matches.

What is causing this issue? and how can i fix it so the results will be uploaded?

These kinds of errors need to be handled by your WPN rep, they will probably ask for your tournament file and get it processed that way.

You probably already resolved this with your WPN rep, but this error can be caused in 2HG by having players that were enrolled in the event but not assigned to a team. If you go to the players tab and select “players” rather than “teams” on the right hand side you should be able to see them (and drop them as necessary).
