Head Judging a GPT while your Judge Center level hasn't been updated

Greetings!

I am scheduled to head-judge a GPT tomorrow. I passed my L1 exam on November 8th and this would be my first time head-judging a competitive REL event.

There is a problem though. It has been brought to my attention that my judge level on the Judge Center hasn't been updated yet and is still 0. I was wondering if I was still eligible for head-judging that event since I actually passed my L1 certification, or I would need to sit it out.

The other problem is that the TO clearly wouldn't be able to find another judge to replace me before tomorrow, so it would be quite awkward for the players to cancel the tournament, or that the winner get their byes revoked.

Thank you for your answers,
Maël Cournoyer-Michel

I just got an email saying my test was approved. So I guess the point is now moot. Thanks for your help anyway.

Indeed. A bug had held up your submission. Just needed a hammer to the system to fix. ☺

I'm having similar issue.

I'm scheduled to judge a PPTQ in 5 days. However, a couple of weeks ago when I tried to update to the new account system, something went wrong and now I can't login using my new or my old password. This includes loging into WER. Also tried the “Password recovery” option but the website gives me an error message.

I think we can work around it with the TO loging into WER with his account and assigning me as HJ but sooner or later I'll need this fixed. I already emailed my regional WPN representative but still no answer.

For this issue, contacting WPN (for stores) or Customer Service (judges) is needed to solve this.
