I love resources like this. There's really nothing better than a nice, clean deck reg sheet with printed text.

Very nice, but a couple of requests… can you make the top card lines for each column the same size font as the other lines? Maybe do something about the tab order?

I can probably tweak the font size. It is set to auto, but it likely has to do with the size of the text field.

I'll look into tab order.

Yeah, I have used this. The main reason I created this was because I also made a PDF that has both the DCI deck list and the SCG waiver combined (available here).

In the meantime, I created my own decklist template.
