Great article, Riki!

I have a question. If backing up “is a solution of last resort,” then what is our first resort to fix illegal actions? Our second?

Jordan, thanks for reading and for asking that question.

Per the IPG, the first thing to consider is whether any of the 4 default/partial fixes apply (illegal choice for a static ability; forgot to draw, discard, or return cards from hand to another zone; object changing zones moves to the wrong one; or attacking/blocking order not being declared).

After performing those, evaluate whether to back up or leave the game state as is. Choose that one that is least disruptive.

Samuel, glad that I covered it, but care to share it in case other people missed it too?
