Hello everyone!

We have this odd issue with WER where, no matter what settings we mess with, WER will only print three match slips to a page instead of the standard four. This happens with 8 person events all the way up to 52 person events. Everything else we print with our printer (non-WER) stuff works perfectly fine. Any ideas? What information do you need from me?

We're on Windows 7, using a networked printer.

Try your printing margins, make them as small as possible, particularly the
bottom one. That's one of the more common issues for WER.

Note that in countries where metric units are used, you might also need to adjust the bottom margin when printing lists (such as standings) to avoid unexpected cuts of names. It looks like WER uses only one set of values for default page margins regardless the units being used in the Page Setup dialog.

I had this happen to me once (3 slips per page). We found out our tournament name was too long and used up one extra line per slip. You can check that too.

Check that your computer knows you're using 8.5x11 paper. When you hit print, there's an option to change the paper size, someone may have changed it inadvertently.
