second article of the series “My view on…”.

Today, waiting for the announcement of the results of the selections, we are going to speak about the role of the Program Coordinators.
I hope it will be a useful read for your future tournaments and for you in general.

This is a very positive article for the following reasons:

1) it covers the history of the program really well.

2) it recognises the diversity in the program and highlights the need for a tailored approach to each region rather than being US-centric.

3) it gives clear action points which the program co-ordinators should act upon to increase their visibility and accountability to the program.
