We need help for managing the USA travel guides. The manager would:

Coordinate that the travel guides of 8 – 10 cities:

o Finding volunteers for creating new guides (with RCs help if possible)
o Giving them guidelines about the content and format of the travel guide
o Checking quality

Distribute the travel guide to:

o Judge manager
o RC
o Head Judges
o Travel guides project lead
