My google skills are failing me as I can't seem to find the sealed deck registration form for RNA. Can anyone give me the link please?

Well it's not there anymore… :-/
Isn't there a collection site for these somewhere? If not, we should really get one going.

EDIT: Aaah! My WPN-site-fu wasn't strong enough. But now, I have gotten stronger and mastered the WPN site!
