Feedback is a cornerstone of the Judge Program, and one of the ways that feedback manifests is through Reviews. Reviews serve as documentation of performance, as well as offering reinforcement of strengths and helpful tips for areas of improvement. Judges that take the time to observe, document and then deliver feedback to other judges help make this program what it is.
And to that end, we have a small special announcement over on the Program Coordinators blog for those judges that invested in their fellow judges via reviews.
