New Judge Organization in Europe

Dear fellow judges,

After some weeks of evaluating options and getting a solid level of confidence on the viability of the project, we are happy to announce there’s an initiative ongoing, started by a small group of volunteers from different European countries, to create an international association that will provide a legal framework and certification services for MTG judges.

The main goal is the creation of an inclusive organization of event experts that serves the needs of the judge community and collaborates with partner organizations around the world. Any judge (European or non-European) can join.

Our current focus is on closing the legal aspects to register the association, so we can start welcoming members and making official contacts with the other relevant parts (other judge organizations, WotC, TOs…).

In the next days we’ll share with you the advancements in the process so you can follow the progress and get an idea of what to expect from us. In the meantime, we’d like to involve you in helping with the selection of the association name by filling this form within the next 48h.

Hope to hear from you and work together in shaping our new judge future 🙂

Yours,
