Probably good in these cases to send an email to me. The Fraud team looks into things like fraudulent tourneys, counterfeiting, and other organized problems. If it is a suspended player trying to play, that's my area. Just ship me an email and we can talk about it.

Subject: Suspended player might be using a new DCI number to keep playing (Tournament Operations)
I'm curious as to what I should do if I suspect a player that was suspended is stil playing, but signed up for a new DCI number to keep playing?
I don't know the protocol to figure out if he's actually the same person/who to report to for further investigation
