Im very excited to announce the completion of the Annotated IPG. The Annotated IPG is a sentence by sentence deconstruction of the IPG along with an explanation of each line. Its a great aid in helping study up for L2, learn some of the reasons for why policy is what it is, brush up for an event or settle arguments between your judge friends.

This is absolutely awesome! I will be reading through this in its entirety as I prepare for Level 2 testing.

Every wonder about the philosophy behind Failure to Follow Official Announcements? How about what the Infraction is for a Draft Procedure Violation? Or why we dont get to downgrade more DDPs?

Well too bad! The Annotated IPG cant help you with any of that, because its been updated with the May 2nd IPG changes.
