Project Description
The scope of this project is to organize meetings for Program leadership at high level events in order to discuss current affairs, concerns, future developments, ... It is also an opportunity for leaders in the program have a space for them to let their guard down and express concern an vunerablilities amoung peers.
Within the project the following activities are done:
- Organize meetings at each GP/PT or other large gathering of judges within leadership.
- Collect the notes taken at the events.
- Identify action items.
- Create monthly summaries for the Level 3 list.
- Follow up on action items.
