Project Description

This project offers support and guidance to judges after their L3 panel, both in case of success and failure.

Main tasks for the project:

• establish, maintain and publish the new path for failing candidates
• build a team of L3s with expertise in some of the Qualities that can either mentor on specific qualities or support in general a failing candidate
• communicate individually with failing candidates and followup with them to check on progress, problems and motivation
• build a collection of useful resources for new L3s and followup with them about progress, problems and motivation
