L3 Evaluation

The Level 3 Evaluation Project ensures that all Level 3 Judges demonstrate the Qualities of a Level 3 Judge as much today as when they passed their panels

Project Manager: John Brian McCarthy
Public: Yes

Project Description

From Riccardo's post introducing Level 3 renewal:

Due to conversations at the 2016 and 2017 leadership meetings about L3 to L3 feedback, requests for general guidance and evaluation for L3s, and the requests for some focus for the Program Coordinators in 2018, we will have a L3 evaluation in 2018.

While the maintenance process will be focused on measurable items (in one word, “quantity”), the evaluation process will be focused on the accurate evaluation of the contribution to the judge program (in one word, “quality”) and on giving advice to L3s in general.

The specific activities of this project will vary in size and scope depending on the number of people who will get involved (and the time and energy they will decide to dedicate to it).

We are looking for a person interested in being is in charge of the 2018 L3 evaluation project; until that person is identified, you can consider Riccardo Tessitori as contact point.
