Project Description
1. Mentoring program:
This one is about to help all candidates who need it to find a mentor to help them develop. Organize a system to create mentor-mentee pairs according to needs.
This system would not only serve the function of assisting with rules knowledge or IPG, but should also serve to facilitate the development of all judges. Mentors, as experienced judges, help the community and keep up to date by having to review to help newcomers. Newcomers get a reference figure to introduce them to the community and help them with their exams.
2. Resources for mentoring:
Proper mentoring requires resources. These resources can be divided into two types.
- Resources on rules and knowledge
- Some kind of judge classes (similar to the old ones) Rules explained by levels, with examples, etc...
- Study guides
- How to be a good mentor
- Tips and advices of mentoring
- Mentor networking
