Grand Prix Liverpool 2015

This event will be held March 6-8, 2015.  The format is Sealed Deck.  Please read the below information carefully and click on the above link to apply.

Your application is for a minimum of Saturday and Sunday, although you may also apply for Friday if you wish. All applicants must be available to work until at least 20:00 on Sunday.

There will be several shifts on Friday, if you are interested in working Friday please indicate your preference (Early: 10am start, Mid: 12pm start, Late: 3pm start)

We are currently working with hotels to secure a room block for both Judges and Players.  :)

You have a better chance of being accepted if you are an active L2+ in your community.  You must speak sufficient English to operate in a tournament setting.  If you can speak other languages please indicate in your application, but this is by no means a requirement.

Please bring appropriate judging attire, including a black judge shirt and black trousers with belt. If you do not have a shirt, please let us know so one can be provided for you. 

Standby judges

If you're selected as a Standby judge, you will be expected to come and play the event for free. However, if attendance is higher than expected, you will be contacted on site to come and judge. This could happen at any given point during the weekend (Friday, Saturday or even Sunday). More information about the Standby Judge system will be provided if requested.

We are looking for Judges who may be interested in working in one or more of the following roles thorughout the weekend; Scorekeeping, Registraion, Prize Wall, VIP. If you are interested in any of these please indicate that in your application, including any relevant experience (SK at events, working at your local store, etc.)

Compensation

Compensation depends on your level and the amount of days you work. Compensation is given in English product of the current set at that time (which will be Fate Reforged).  There may be a limited number of Russian language product, we will ask what your preference is between now and the event so we can make sure everyone has an opportuinty to get this product if they want it.  Please make sure have sufficient space to take all of your product home with you when packing!

Compensation rates are as follows:

2 boxes per level per day (up to level 3)

£15 meal stipend per day
