Announcing the 2016 StarCityGames.com Keystone Program!

StarCityGames.com is proud to announce the 2016 StarCityGames.com Keystone Program. This initiative will offer a limited number of StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships to Level 3+ judges who commit to being on staff for at least two of Grand Prix: Washington DC, Grand Prix: Charlotte, and Grand Prix: Atlanta.

StarCityGames.com recognizes how vital exceptional leadership and event management skills are to the success of Grand Prix events, and the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program is for judges who exemplify these skills. By providing travel reimbursement sponsorships to attend StarCityGames.com events, StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships recognize and reward the judges who form the foundation of event success as the leaders both on and off the floor.

How to Apply for a Keystone Sponsorship

Only Level 3+ judges may apply for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program. Simply click on the "Apply Now!" link toward the top of the page and answer all of the questions in the application form.

The application window for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program - Grand Prix: Washington DC, Grand Prix: Charlotte, and Grand Prix: Atlanta will close at 11:59 PM Eastern time on January 17^th, 2015. Late applications will not be accepted.

Sponsorship offers for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program - Grand Prix: Washington DC, Grand Prix: Charlotte, and Grand Prix: Atlanta will be sent on, or before, January 22^nd, 2015.

Expectations

Judges applying for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program commit to being on staff for at least two of the eligible events (Grand Prix: Washington DC, Grand Prix: Charlotte, and Grand Prix: Atlanta) and for at least two days at each event. Judges receiving StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships are guaranteed acceptance for a Full Travel Sponsorship ($350) in addition to the standard Level 3 compensation ($380 per day) offered at these events. Judges should still apply for these events as normal and may apply for Three Day Travel Sponsorship which will be evaluated during standard staff selection.

Judges receiving StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsirships will be expected to take a more active role in planning and executing leadership roles at StarCityGames.com Grand Prix.

Rules & Regulations

StarCityGames.com will provide travel reimbursement equal to the cost of travel to one of the following Grand Prix:

• Grand Prix: Washington DC - March 12-14, 2016
• Grand Prix: Charlotte - May 20-22, 2016
• Grand Prix: Atlanta - October 7-9, 2016

StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships will be for a specific amount with a maximum sponsorship of $500.

Travel eligible for reimbursement:

• Flights, Trains, Buses, and Other Ticketed Transportation - The cost of the ticket (Judge must provide a copy of ticket purchase, including cost.)
• Driving - Mileage calculated at the United States government rate of $0.54 per mile (Mileage will be calculated for a round trip from the Judge's home address to the Grand Prix venue.)

Checks for StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships can be collected at the second eligible event attended. If a judge is unable to attend at least two eligible Grand Prix, any StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorships will be forfeit.

Triple Crown Bonus

Judges who receive a StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorship and commit to all three events will receive a $200 travel reimbursement bonus in addition to their Sponsorship amount. This bonus will be issued at Grand Prix: Atlanta and is contigent on attending all three events.

Selection Process

Selection for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program will be based on many factors including, but not limited to:

• Excellence in events operations
• Exemplary performance in the qualities of a Level 3
• Previous performance at StarCityGames.com events
• Ability to attend without a StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorship
• Expected travel cost for reimbursement

All Level 3+ judges who apply for the StarCityGames.com Keystone Program and attend at least two of the eligible events will receive an exclusive StarCityGames.com Judge gift, regardless of whether they receive a StarCityGames.com Keystone Sponsorship.
