Rule fixes and triggers

If a player draws or discards as a partial fix for a Game Rule Violation, does the draw trigger abilities such as Chasm Skulker's?

Similarly, is the card counted as drawn this turn for purposes of counting cards draw this turn, such as for Molten Psyche or Spirit of the Labyrinth (assume the missed draw happened on a previous turn)?

Only when a game effect causes such things should another game element take notice.

This has come up before, in the form of Psychogenic Probe and our Looking at Extra Cards (L@EC) remedy of shuffling (the random part of) the library. At least with this Probe, it's clearer, since it states “whenever a spell or ability causes…”.

So, if we apply a remedy that includes drawing a card that should have been drawn due to an in-game effect? Then yes, Chasm Skulker should trigger. The same would be true for Molten Psyche, mostly…

The Spirit of the Labyrinth interaction is a bit situational. We'd have to consider how the Spirit's restriction would have applied at the time the card was supposed to have been drawn. And for Molten Psyche, if we're adding a card draw that should have happened on a previous turn, then we shouldn't be counting it for Molten Psyche.
