Commandeer + Silumgar's Scorn

If I cast Commandeer, targeting my opponent's Silumgar's Scorn, do I get the benefit of my opponent revealing a dragon as he cast it?

What if I control a dragon or what if he controlled a dragon as he cast it?

If they just revealed a Dragon card from their hand, you will get the bonus effect. The cost of revealing a Dragon card was paid, so you'll get the bonus effect.

If they just controlled a Dragon when they cast it, then you will not get the bonus effect. You did not cast the spell, your opponent did, so you will not get the bonus effect, even if the opponent controlled a Dragon when they cast the Scorn.
