Slaverlock and Shortcutting

Player A has assembled SlaverLock vs. Player B. There are 1-2 minutes left in the round, and Player B wants to play it out. Is it:

A. Possible for Player A to shortcut his own turns, using Academy Ruins at the beginning or end of his/her turn, as well as casting and sacrificing Mindslaver. If this is the case, can Player B ask for Player A to slow down for responses? Would this be considered Slow Play, and if so would it be because that Player A knows the contents of Player B's hand?
B. Possible for Player A to shortcut Player B's turn, saying that he/she will tap all their lands for mana, then discard their most recently drawn card?
C. Assuming B, Player B draws Emrakul, the Aeons Torn under Player A's control. Can Player A break his/her own loop in order to discard something else for the turn? Why/why not?
D. Assuming A and B, do we then get a scenario where Player B's deck is getting windmill slammed card-by-card into their graveyard, creating a scenario where they are decked in mere seconds?
E. If we do go to time, this is handled as normal (5 extra turns)? Or is it handled differently because we are in a loop?

Slaverlock and Shortcutting

A1 - yes, A can propose shortcuts.
A2 - if B wants to interrupt or respond to shortcuts, then he needs to do so. He can't just ask for a slower pace.

B - sure.

C - either player can interrupt a shortcut.

D - “windmill slammed” sounds a bit extreme, but it should be possible to reach the ultimate win condition fairly quickly.

E - ah, now it gets interesting . A turn is a turn is a turn - the loop is interesting, but you only get 5 turns.
