Splitting and honestly
So the following occured -
Player A asks a judge: “Are players allowed to split prizes?”
Judge: “Yes”
Player A asks Player B: “Will you split prizes?”
Player B: “Yes”
Player A: “Will you concede to me?”
Player B: “Yes”
Player A: “Please sign the match slip.”
*Players sign the match slip*
Player A: “I am not splitting prizes with you.”
I was under the impression that this wasn't allowed, but there have been differing opinions on this. Can Player A not split prizes after all that?
