If player (N) activated displacer bounces a seer how do the triggers stack does player (A) get to take a card from player (N) or does player (N) draw a card 1st then (a) gets to take a card also does priority play a factor here?

After the Displacer's ability is done resolving, we have two triggers waiting to go on the stack: the Seer's leave the battlefield trigger and the Seer's enter the battlefield trigger. Assuming the same player controls both triggers, they can put those triggers on the stack in any order they choose. They can either exile a card from the opponent's hand, then have the opponent draw a card; or they can have the opponent draw a card, then exile a card from their hand.
