From what I've read, Vizkopa Guildmage's second ability triggers in 2HG if your teammate gains life.
However, I'm somewhat confused by this rule from the comp rules:

810.9. Damage, loss of life, and gaining life happen to each player individually. The result is applied to
the team’s shared life total.

That one seems to say that my teammate gaining life does not trigger the Guildmage because he gains it individually. Could somebody explain how that rule works exactly?

It won't trigger.

As stated by that rule, your teammate is losing life, not the team, and not you. It won't trigger the delayed triggered ability cerated by Vizkopa Guildmage's second ability.
