Hello everyone!

I control Chains of Mephistopheles and Thought Reflection.
During my pre-combat main phase I cast a Whispers of the Muse (I've other 2 random cards in my hand).

If I choose to apply Thought Reflection first, the original event “draw a card” becomes “draw to cards”. Now I apply CoM, and I'll have to discard a card in order to draw a card (this will happen two times).

My question is: when CoM makes me draw a card, is this considered to be a “different draw event” and consequently I can apply again TR to it (drawing two cards)?
Or is the CoM draw part of the “original modified event” and so TR can not be applied again (I'll draw just one card)?

Thought Reflection has already applied to the event that Chains of Mephistopheles is replacing, so it cannot be applied to the modified series of events that you get after applying Chains. Even though the
