Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet

I control Kalitas and my opponent's creature is about to be destroyed, can he choose to apply Kalitas' replacement effect before the regeneration replacement so that I get a 2/2 zombie token?

Perhaps, I've Mindslavered/Emrakuled him or we're working together in multiplayer vs other opponents.

No, that is not possible. Regeneration is looking for the creature to be destroyed, while Kalitas is looking for the creature to die. To get to the point where the creature would die, it would have to destroyed. But since regeneration replaces destruction, there's never a point where the creature would be dying. Regeneration will always “win” in this case, since it replaces destruction, and Kalitas won't get a chance to apply since the creature won't get to the point where it would be dying.
