Well as I noted, this would be an iOS app where Core is not available.

As an Android user I was not aware Core is not available on iOS.
Perhaps that's the problem you can solve? Make an app like Core for iOS? The developer of Core has put a lot of time and effort and work into it, so I'm not sure if you have the same resources he does, so maybe you can't completely replicate Core, but you can probably do parts of it.
