We are not providing stamped product and do not recommend that anyone try to stamp their product. I have expressed this to the offices during scheduling and all the Organizers that I directly work with. Stamping the cards themselves has the potential to create a customer service issue if players believe stores have manipulated packs.That last part was specific for Japan, but can be applied generally to any Nationals - work with your local office.
