Players who are not listed in the list of players qualified for the Nationals

Is there an official policy how to deal with players who are listed in an incorrect country or are not listed in any country even though they meet the qualification requirement for the Nationals?

If such a player shows up at the Nationals and proves that he meets the requirements (PWP and citizenship / residency), can we enroll them in the tournament?

If a player is aware of such issues, NOW is a great time to contact Wizards' Customer Service and get them worked out - i.e., before Nationals.

Wizards did provide instructions on this topic for all Organizers; if possible, we'll get that info out to judges, too, since we're often relied on as the experts, even with organizer stuff like this! :)
