Alms Collector Notion Thief Temple Bell Albert controls Alms Collector.
Nasha controls Notion Thief and Temple Bell.
Nasha activates Temple Bell.
Nasha argues that she gets two draws.
Temple Bell creates a sequence of draws: Albert, then Nasha.
Notion Thief applies to Albert's draw and he skips it and Nasha draws instead, then per 120.6b she resumes the sequence and then draws again.
Albert contends that once the sequence becomes: { Nasha draws, Nasha draws } that Alms Collector can now apply to the two draws collectively and they each draw a card.
Nasha counters with the first ruling in Gatherer that says Alms Collector applies before individual replacement effects are applied so it's too late.
Which player is correct?
Would the result change if Nasha activated Temple Bell on her own turn?
