I tried to find information on known issues or testing requirements, but nothing is coming up. I generated an exam for a local player that requires 101% to pass. For reference, he's taken the test once before (not passing), but that was over a year ago.

I gave the exam anyways assuming it's a bug and he has an easily passing score, but the Judge center records it as fail since 96% is below the 101%.

Anybody have experience or knowledge on this?

…and the documentation on the Judge Wiki itself is accurate: The Level 1 exam requires that the candidate score 70% or greater in order to achieve a passing score.

I had passing candidate with 96% 4 weeks ago and directly entered the interview but his level never got updated. How can I fix this?

Likely this was the result of an outage between DCIX and OPIS, which is the database that handles all memberships. So the information wasn't transmitted at that time. I have resubmitted the review on your behalf, and Manuel's membership has been updated.

But, I would recommend feedback in the Judge Center for others that encounter specific problems with the advancement process. (Sometimes the membership was updated and the person hasn't logged in to “refresh” data from OPIS that shows in the Judge Center. Other times, it is a transmission error.) Providing the review ID# and the candidate's DCI# is the quickest way for my to investigate and pinpoint the error, and I'm usually pretty regular on checking for new feedback in the Judge Center.
