Jhoira of the Ghitu and Strive or Bestow cards

Here's the stiuation:
Alice plays Jhoira of the Ghitu. It resolves, and Alice activates Jhoira's ability ({2}, Exile a nonland card from your hand: Put four time counters on the exiled card. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from that card. When the last is removed, cast it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)).

The card exiled from Alice's hand is Desperate Stand. When all the time counters are removed and Desperate Stand is put on the stack during Alice's upkeep, can she still pay additional mana to target additional creatures? Desperate Stand has Strive, which allows you to pay additional mana to target additional creatures.

Second scenario:
Still with Jhoira of the Ghitu. Instead of exiling Desperate Stands, Alice exiles Boon Satyr. When Boon Satyr goes on the stack, is it an Enchantment Creature - Satyr, or can it be an Enchantment - Aura? If it could be an Aura would you need to play the Bestow cost?

In my mind, with Desperate Stand you could pay additional mana since suspend only removes the requirement to pay the original base mana cost. As for Boon Satyr, I don't think you could bestow it since it would go on the stack as its default mode as an Enchantment Creature - Satyr.

Thanks for the help.

Yes she can. You're casting the spell when the last time counter is removed, so you can choose additional targets and pay the strive cost for each target beyond the first. You'll still have to pay RW for each target beyond the first, however.

Bestow is an alternate cost, and casting a spell without paying its mana cost is also an alternate cost. You can only use one alternate cost when you're casting a spell, so you will only be able to cast the Satyr as an enchantment creature, not as an aura.
